Beyonce rocking this item for the BET Awards last night... can't decide if I like it or not... it's definitely short, but then she's young and this is a fun event... thoughts?I do, however, think she could have done something more with her hair and makeup. Just looks kind of paired down in comparison to all the glitz and sequins of the dress.
