Perfect...This Shall Be My Next Car..
The new Rolls Royce 200EX has an automatic purse holder. And no, it's not the floor (although those work great too and come standard in most cars like the one I'm rolling in now, or the passenger seat). Check the video- but basically a little gripper arm automatically tightens against the purse to ensure your diamonds and gold bars don't fall out during travel. It's stupid. Because when I'm rich enough for a Rolls Royce I'll be damned if I'm carrying my own purse. No, it will be traveling in it's own Rolls Royce. Inside a diamond airplane. Made of platinum. Don't question my logic, peasant.

Have An Extra $7.5 Million?
If you do, then you could have been the owner of the oldest surviving Rolls Royce, which went up for auction this past Monday and sold for $7,275,000 (not including buyer's fees). It's over 100 years old, has a ROARING 10 horsepower and two seats. It was sold to a private British collector who was willing to pay more than twice the initial estimate for the vehicle... So, he paid over $7 million for a car that clearly doesn't run, and if it did run - it would go about 2 miles per hour. WHAT? You couldn't think of something better to do with $7 million? Are you serious? And where is it going to sit? In a garage? Big fat waste of money.

The New Baller Rim
Why have plain chrome rims or rims that spin when you can have a TV on your rims. Next time, I watch "Pimp My Ride," I know this will be on it... wonder what these suckers are going to cost.

New Lamborghini
Not that many of us are car aficionados, but thought it was noteworthy that the new Lamborghini is set to be the most expensive car built. There will be a limited production of 20 next year and all 20 were spoken for within 4 days. The Lamborghini Reventon is named after a bull that killed matador Felix Guzman in 1943. Price tag: $1.4 million and comes with a 3 year warranty (that was the deal breaker for me, only 3 years)
Fun Fact: Lamborghini is run by Volkswagen's Audi division.

$5 Million Dollar Ferrari

For those of you who don't know, Pebble Beach is known for it's golf and it's annual "Concours d' Elegance" event, which auctions off and shows the most rare and expensive collector cars. I didn't know about this event until I saw a special and apparently Jay Leno is a huge collector. Anyways, I came across the Top 10 Car Sales and thought you guys would like to check out how these vintage cars sell... plus, if a guy tells you he has a 1959 Ferrari, you'll give him a second glance. ;)
The top-selling car at Pebble Beach this year (nearly as big an honor as winning the prestigious Concours d'Elegance itself), this Ferrari is special in several ways. Beyond being one of the most desirable Ferrari designs of all time, this particular car is one of only seven original alloy-bodied examples ever built.
Bob Grossman drove this car to a first in class - and 5th place overall - finish at the 1959 "24 Hours of Le Mans." The car is fitted with several factory upgrades, including larger carburetors that boost output to 262-horsepower, stiffer suspension and an oversized fuel tank.

New Car Alert

The Audi is expected to introduce its A5 this year (as well as the ultra fast A8)... but the A5 will basically have the same engine, interior, etc... as the A4, but with only 2 doors. No MSRP yet, but expected to compete with the 3 series coupe, Infiniti G Class... so probably around $38-40K? Nice looking.
