Check out this photo of a wedding cake made with avocado, edamame, wasabi, raw salmon, tuna and roe. Topped with wasabi icing and drizzled in soy sauce... what a great end to a meal. This seems absurdely disgusting way to end a wedding dinner... and I like sushi generally!Wednesday, August 13, 2008
