Who wants to be a millionaire? Apparently, the inventors of the "Big 8" ideas do - in fact, some are already billionaires. What's on the list, you say?
1. "Virgin Money" - this is Richard Branson's concept, which intends to "chance the face of finance by replacing inflexible loans from big banks with more personal, nimble approach to lending". What is really does though is "formalize" lending relationships among friends/family -- in essence, your aunt has a document that memorializes that $2,000 you got from her for whatever reason. Good or bad?

4. Jet Packs- so you can travel around like the Jetsons! Who knew that this would ever become a reality?
5. Wireless connection on the plane - it was only a matter of time...

7. Real Estate In 2008 - things are apparently looking up in 2008!
