Jay-Z recently stepped down as the President of Def Jam - but it's probably because he's got all this other crap going on. First, a lot of sources are reporting that he recently paid $66 MILLION for a piece of land in NY to create the the first "J Hotel" - which will no doubt be a five-star affair. Then, I turn around and read that he is going to try to start a new record label with Apple - who is trying to move into the production/distribution territory.Is he also running for President of the United States? Or does he have 99 Solutions for cancer and world peace?
