Pancake-Mania!

I don't really like sweets, so it should come as no surprise that I don't really like pancakes. But the last two weeks, my outlook has changed... why the change of heart you say? The IHOP Fall Special - they are featuring Pumpkin Pancakes, NY Cheesecake Pancakes and (my personal favorite) Carrot Cake Pancakes. I have only tried the Carrot Cake... they are amazing - hot, fluffy, flecks of carrot, golden raisins and nuts all rolled up in a pancake!

I got an extra order and freezing them!
