In eating my delicious full fat salad last night (God, I love ginger dressing!!), I realized a dilemma that my disgustingly healthy friends have when they eat with me. Ok, maybe only one friend... Anyways, it was that balsamic vinegar doesn't come in a "to go" package! Either in a little pack or whatever. I think there could be something to this. We can even "jazz" up the balsamic vinegar like adding herbs.
I think in my ideal world, it would have a pack of balsamic and a little small package of sunflower seeds or craisins on it (in order to differentiate it)...so people feel they are really adding to their salad. I just looked around online - does not seem to exist.
