I can't stop laughing at this picture... Do I even need to explain? What the HELL is going on here? I think you can see the picture larger if you click on it. This...ummm.. person.... is even wearing blue eye shadow and if you look closely this... person... has LONG PINK NAILS AND HOOP EARRINGS AND A FIVE O'CLOCK SHADOW!! I LOVE IT!!
