Kind Of Wish I Had Too Much Money to Spare

I'm imagining to use this at a garden party bridal shower... a starter salad tossed with the beautiful, delicate, organic, and delicious (they're supposedly slightly infused with a fruity flavour), pansies and violas. You can even adorn miniature cakes you're serving for the final course with the enchanting miniature roses. What a hostess you'll be!

I remember we sampled these to use at the restaurant. .. we also did petals which arent as pretty obviously. When they are crusted with suagr enough, they do taste like sugar rock candy. Cute to use for desserts!
