So, apparently the new Lipo Dissolve procedure is to blame for Britney's dimpled bottom...
For all you skinny hoes that don't know, Lipo Dissolve is the non-invansive lipo suction procedure that "dissolves" fat via injection. Anyways, the liquid that breaks down the fat cells break down random cells, so you never know what part of the fat is going to dissolve.
