I was reading Lucky Magazine and found myself obsessed with the top that Mandy Moore was wearing- but only to find out that it's a dress- which makes me like it even more! Seriously, there's another black halo dress that Kelly Ripa wears all the time. (And LC from Laguna/The Hills has also been spotted in it).....Love it!
