Britney Spears has been ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week... the order basically requires Spears and Federline to stop using drugs and/or alcohol at least 12 hours being caring for their children. What a joke... so, basically, they can get completely wasted 13 hours before caring for the kids... whatever.
