I am hardly a big fans of pre-mixed drinks typically... but have you ever tried making Mojitos for more than a party of 3? Seriously. IMPOSSIBLE without killing your hand and crushing glasses needlessly (at least for me). Just in time for summer (and weddings), Bacardi's new "ready to serve" Classic Mojito. Take heed of the following however: crushed ice is essential as is fresh mint and lime for the sake of authenticity. A quarter of a lime and a sprig of mint per drink should do it.... and you're off to a great summer.
