Sports Updates

Going to try to do a weekly blog about Sports Scores we should probably just know to be conversational...
- Miami lost to No.5 Oklahoma this week - 51-13. Good effort. I watched half of this game and was sad... remembering how awesome UM used to be. Quick fact: This is the first time since 1967 that Michigan, UM, FSU and Notre Dame are all out of the Top 25.

-Dolphins lost in OT to the Redskins. 16-13. This may be another ugly Dolphin season... Dolphins and Skins were both last place finishes in their respective divisions.

- LSU v. Virginia Tech - LSU beating Tech 48-7. LSU was the number two seed going in and looking that way keeping No. 9 Tech to only one touchdown.

- South Carolina v. Georgia - SC beat No.11 Georgia 16-12. Steve Spurrier, former UF God, has really turned the Carolina team around and this week they cracked the AP Poll. How weird would it be if Carolina beach UF in an SEC game?

- Pre-season No. 5 Michigan is 0-2 and just embarassing... last week they were killed by Appalachian State and this week Oregon beat them. Terrible.

- Roger Federer became the first to win four U.S Opens in a row.
