As isf math and science weren't enough, there is another nerdy Asian hobby! The Rubik's World Speedcubing Championship just happened and the new champion is Japanese 16-year old Yu Nakajima who solved the Rubik's Cube in less than 13 seconds!! I can't even make ONE spin in 13 seconds. A Rubik’s Cube has over 43 quintillion configurations (exactly 43,252,003,274,489,856,000 degrees of difficulty) and only one solution, so if your jaw didn’t hit the floor before then it should now.
