I have a soft spot for animals... even ones that could eat me... that is just the quick background for this posting.The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is in the midst of a year long study to determine whether to list the Polar Bear as a threated species under the Endangered Species Act. Amongst the listed animals are the: Asian Elephant, Gorilla, Panda, Koala Bear, Humpback Whale and the Grizzly Bear.
