I can hardly believe some of these recipes that you can make in a Glad Steam Bag... amongst my favorite were Sam's Halibut... I could be biased because I was a big Sam fan on Top Chef. There are five other chefs- but the picture to the left is allegedly from a bag.

yea but aren't these bags made of plastic that are supposed to cause cancer in the microwave?
