My Husband's Girlfriend

As if its not easy enough for a man to leave you, now its acceptable to have another girlfriend if he has alzheimer's disease. Thats right. The Husband of former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor is two timing her with another woman who lives in the same alzheimer's residential facility. Apparently, the First Female Supreme Court Justice in US History has been reduced to visiting her husband and his girlfriend together at the facility while they are holding hands on a porch swing. Endearing? Tender? Realistic consequence of a debilitating disease? Denial? Who knows. This definitely goes against the Nicholas Sparks portrayal of alzheimers patients in The Notebook. The elderly are supposed to be sweet and loyal until the end....now there is an exception, I guess.

Hilarious. I saw this article and thought about posting about this! I love it! I also thought of the Notebook and what a crock of shit it was.
