Pockets In A Wedding Dress?

I'm not going to lie... I've really been liking the hidden pocket trend in dresses, but I do think there comes a time to draw the line. And that line is wedding dresses with pockets. I don't even have so much as a CLUE as to why a bride would need pockets. For her wallet? Her ID? This is just absurd... How do you feel? By the way, it's by J.Crew and it's $1800.00 - does that effect your opinion at all?

ok, JCrew does NOT need to be making wedding dresses. That dress looks like a table cloth and why she has pockets... I dont know..but if she got her dress from Jcrew then it might be for her chap stick..

Not fond of the dress, but I adore pockets even in a wedding dress.
Perfect place for a tissue, lip gloss or my torch electronic cigarette.

Actually. I want pockets on my wedding dress.
Someplace to put my hands (I fidget), for my digital camera (during the reception), or just to stash some small item. I find it very convenient. But that is just my opinion.
By the way. I agree with Dana Lynn- don't really like the dress pictured. But I saw one on Say yes to the dress and I fell in love with it.

i absolutely LOVE pockets in wedding dresses. for someone that is like me, (obsessed with pockets in all clothes) it is the perfect idea. Pockets is actually my only stipulation to my choice of wedding dress so far. I am newly engaged and cannot wait to find the perfect dress with pockets :) i saw one on say yes to the dress that i fell in love with as well. its on episode 408.
