OJ's Accomplice Pulls a Kerry...Flip Flop

At least one of O.J. Simpson's Las Vegas acquaintances isn't a gambling man.

Charles Cashmore, one of Simpson's codefendants in the sports memorabilia-centered armed robbery case, is planning to cop a plea and turn state's evidence against the former football star and his alleged accomplices, according to his attorney. Edward Miley said that his client will plead guilty on Monday to being an accessory to robbery, a felony charge that carries a possible five-year prison sentence but a far cry from the punishment that comes with 10 felony counts of armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary, assault with a weapon and conspiracy.
